On November 29, 2019, H.E Mr Le Minh Tri, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Party Personnel Committee, Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy received the delegation from the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of China led by Mr Zhang Xue Qiao, Deputy Prosecutor General.

Continuing the conference program, on the afternoon of August 14, 2019, under the chair of Mr Le Minh Tri, Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy of Viet Nam (SPP) and Mr Khamsane Souvong, Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy of of Laos , delegates focused on discussing about the results of mutual legal assistance in criminal matters between the Procuracies of border provinces and approving the Conference Memorandum.

On October 28, 2019, Mr. Tran Cong Phan, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy had a meeting with the delegation of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office of the Republic of Korea led by Mr. Lee Doobong, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office of the Republic of Korea, Director of the Department of Digital Science Investigation, had a working visit to the Supreme People's Procuracy of Viet Nam.

On November 28, 2019, in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, the Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam coordinated with the Supreme People's Procuracy of China to hold a the 2nd Conference of the People's Procuracy of provinces sharing the Viet Nam - China border. Mr. Tran Cong Phan, Deputy General Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy of Viet Nam and Mr. Truong Tuyet Tieu, Deputy General Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy of China attended and chaired the conference.
