At the invitation of the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) of China and the ClientEarth, an European Environmental Protection Association, from June 8th to 9th, 2026, a high-lever delegation from the Supreme People's Procuracy (SPP) of Viet Nam, led by Mr. Nguyen Duc Thai, Deputy Prosecutor General of SPP of Viet Nam attended the Roundtable Conference on 'The Role of Prosecutors in Global Environmental Governance' and the Specialized Seminar on 'Ecological Environmental Law Enforcement and Global Environmental Rule of Law Cooperation' in Beijing, China.

At the invitation of Mr. Kamran Aliyev, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien, Prosecutor General of Viet Nam, led a high-level delegation from the Supreme People's Procuracy (SPP) of Viet Nam to pay a working visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan from June 7th to 9th, 2026.

At the invitation of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, Gutsan Aleksandr, a high-level delegation from the Supreme People's Procuracy (SPP) of Viet Nam, led by Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien, Prosecutor General of the SPP of Viet Nam, paid a working visit to the Russian Federation and attended the 29th Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum held in Saint Petersburg from June 3rd to 6th, 2026.

On 14th April, 2026, in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR) of the People's Republic of China, Mr. Tran Hai Quan, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy (SPP) of Viet Nam, and Mr. Tang Ping Kwong, Secretary for Security of Hong Kong SAR, on behalf of Viet Nam and Hong Kong SAR respectively, signed the Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and the Hong Kong SAR of the People's Republic of China.

With the approval of the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy (SPP) of Viet Nam, and at the invitation of Mr. Ip Son Sang, Prosecutor General of the Public Prosecutions Office of the Macau Special Administrative Region (Macau SAR) of China, a high-level delegation from the SPP led by Mr. Tran Hai Quan, Deputy Prosecutor General of Viet Nam, paid a working visit to Macau from 16th to 18th of April, 2026.
